Waiting

2 Chronicles 7: 13-19
Psalm 139: 23-24

Waiting, an act of Worship grows the relationship with the Mighty Triune God.

Psalm 139: 23-24 asks for a clear picture of a person so that the child of God can repent and ask for God's guidance on the road to Him through revival and restoration to God's family.

2 Chronicles 7: 13-19 explains clearly what the children of God must do and why.

Verse 13 explains the events in the physical and spiritual world - drought, destruction, disease
Verse 14 outlines the four step of the believer in responding to God
     a) humble yourself - get rid of false pride
     b) pray - read the word,cry out to God earnestly for His reign
     c) repent - regret the wrong done
     d) turn from sin and wicked behavior
Verse 15-16 then God will hear and bless his children
Verse 17 - But we must serve God with Gladness, like David
Verse 18 - God's promise to all of his Children - Jew/Christ follower - Jesus, the Savior
Verse 19 - BUT we must follow the rein of God and faithfully obey His Word.

GIVE THANKS TO GOD IN ALL THINGS!

Where have you been?

 Have you asked that question of friends, family, classmates, the doctor, the minister, or maybe a complete stranger?
