A season of waiting

Wait -
quietly wait.
Wait and pray.
In stillness
filled with the knowledge of God
turn into the comfort of the Lord Jesus
as a lamb seeking the safety of the Shepard.

Wait -
continue in the Word
demand the best of your ability
open your heart
allowing the Master to guide your footsteps
like the Sherpa who leads the hikers challenging the Himalayas.

Wait -
with assurance
with hope
with determination
with endurance.

Wait -
for guidance
for knowledge
for protection
for mercy

WAIT
in the Hope of the promises of God
in the security of God's mercy and grace
in the love the Triune God gives to His creation.

Isaiah 40:31

Those who hope (trust, depend on, believe) in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will will walk and not be faint. Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your path straight.(Proverbs 3:5-6) Blessed be the name of the Lord. Give thanks to the Lord always.

Thirst after the pure Word of God

This is my Father's World And I rest me in the thought that though the wrong seems oft so strong GOD IS THE RULER YET. Depend on the Most High Creator Lord God who loves you more than human thought, words, or actions can express. Let His love flood through your life and surround you. Daily give your life to the control and guidance of God.
