Pray with assurance

Lord Jesus,
As I wait for your imminent return, I ask that you open the eyes of the world leaders and show them YOUR power.  Stop Corvid 19 before it spreads anymore.  Cause the people who claim you as their savior to turn to your Word and seek your face.  Make them remember the costly bloody sacrifice that YOU made on Golgotha in Jerusalem 2000 years ago.  Focus them on you and your merciful grace.  Lead your people into the courts of your temple where they can repent of their sins and humble their self righteous pride.  Please God pour your wonderful healing power on to the souls of the people of the world and open their eyes that they can see you.  Open their ears so that they will hear you call them by name.  Open their hands so that they can reach for your scarred hand and touch you.
Thank you Lord for all of your wonderful blessings.
Amen

Isaiah 40:31

Those who hope (trust, depend on, believe) in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary,  they will will walk and not be faint. Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your path straight.(Proverbs 3:5-6) Blessed be the name of the Lord. Give thanks to the Lord always.

Where have you been?

Have you asked that question of friends, family, classmates, the doctor, the minister, or maybe a complete stranger? BUT have you bothered to ask "Where have you been?" of your relationship with the Most High Triune Lord God?  The Creator of the Universe wants to have a living relationship with you in a one to one time of communication.  In the old song, we are reminded that God is waiting for us to actually speak to him as a person speaks to other humans.  June Deniece William s and Miles C. Austin write:                                     I come to the garden alone while the dew is still on the roses,                                     and the voice I hear falling on my ear,                                 ...
