Pray twice a day at 7:14 using 2 Chronicles 7:14 -
Follow these steps:

1.  Repent of your sins - honestly, with a broken spirit, acknowledging the truth that you did not do what God wants, which is a sin
2. Pray to the Most High - speak openly to God about your sins and ask Him to forgive you (Daily, or more often, as often as you become aware of sin in your life)
3.Obey the Laws of God - the Ten Commandments - follow the direction of God
4.Refuse to follow the evil ways of the world - look to the Holy Pure God for your pattern in your life

THEN come the awesome wonderful promise;

God will hear from heaven, forgive the sins of his people, and heal the broken and wounded land.

PRAY for forgiveness and seek the Kingdom of God with all your heart, mind, and soul.
