Prayer as service to God

Prayer
 -and Glory to God
Thanksgiving and gratitude to God
Confession and contrition for sins against God
Intersession asking for blessings on others and seeking guidance for others.  This is the service to the Lord who wants His children to pray for others who need guidance, help, comfort, healing, peace, hope, joy, and mercy in their lives.  This prayer provides an avenue of contact with God for the needs of others.  Others include family, friends, enemies, acquaintances, church family, those who work with you, the national leaders - president, congress, supreme court, military - and health care workers.  These prayers ask for specific action by the Lord Jesus and provide reassurance to the person who is in communication with God.
Petition personal requests.

Prayer the way to serve God daily and whole heartedly.

Give thanks to the Lord always.

Austin write:                                     I come to the garden alone while the dew is still on the roses,                                     and the voice I hear falling on my ear,                                 ...
