Speak up!

2 Peter 3:9  The Lord delays His triumphant return for His people because of His Love for ALL mankind.  As a Christian who wants to please the Lord, spend more time with the Lord and study His word to learn how to share what you know with others.

  • Study and meditate on the Word of God - 1 Thessalonians 1:7-8
  • Pray constantly about all issues and praises - Romans 10:1
  • Exhibit compassion for others - Romans 9:1-3
  • Be considerate of the emotions of others - John 15:13
  • Respect the religious views of others
  • Take the initiative and talk about Jesus; talk about the meaning of being a Christian; be BOLD but not rude.  Jeremiah 1:8, Timothy 1:7, Acts 4:29
Study to learn about the Most High God.
Meditate on the Word specifically to find a deeper communication with the Heavenly Father.
Pray - talk to your Father who truly knows you and loves you despite your faults and sins.
Depend on God and trust in His leadership and guidance.
Remember God is the KING of the Universe - the entire Universe, all large and small units are part of His awesome creation.

Those who hope (trust, depend on, believe) in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary,  they will will walk and not be faint. Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your path straight.(Proverbs 3:5-6) Blessed be the name of the Lord. Give thanks to the Lord always.

Where have you been?

Have you asked that question of friends, family, classmates, the doctor, the minister, or maybe a complete stranger? BUT have you bothered to ask "Where have you been?" of your relationship with the Most High Triune Lord God?  The Creator of the Universe wants to have a living relationship with you in a one to one time of communication.  In the old song, we are reminded that God is waiting for us to actually speak to him as a person speaks to other humans.  June Deniece William s and Miles C. Austin write:                                     I come to the garden alone while the dew is still on the roses,                                     and the voice I hear falling on my ear,                                 ...
