Trust in the Lord; again, I say trust in the Lord

One of the overarching themes of God's Word is trust.  From the Fall recorded in Genesis to the founding of the New Heaven in Revelation, God repeatedly reminds His children to trust in Him.

See the power of God.
Feel the joy of His Love.
Trust His promises.

Give yourself, all of yourself, to the Triune God of Creation - your hurts, problems, desires, dreams - God cares about all of you - you as a complete total being, you as a collective group.  You can trust Him.  He never fails and His Word is true.

Nahum 1:7
The Lord is good, a stronghold in the day of trouble; and he knows those who trust in Him.

Do not be afraid to trust Him, like Peter.
"Put your hand in the hand that stilled the waters."

Where have you been?

Have you asked that question of friends, family, classmates, the doctor, the minister, or maybe a complete stranger? BUT have you bothered to ask "Where have you been?" of your relationship with the Most High Triune Lord God?  The Creator of the Universe wants to have a living relationship with you in a one to one time of communication.  In the old song, we are reminded that God is waiting for us to actually speak to him as a person speaks to other humans.  June Deniece William s and Miles C. Austin write:                                     I come to the garden alone while the dew is still on the roses,                                     and the voice I hear falling on my ear,                                 ...
