Seek the Lord

Each day the Lord, Creator of the Universe, Master of my soul, Savior, Forgiver of my sins allows me to study His awesome Word - the 66 books of the Bible, the physical world, the day and night sky, the LORD JESUS,  the messiah.  I am constantly learning something new about the Mighty Triune God who is the glue that holds creation together.

It is impossible to grasp a minute portion of the vast power, understanding, love, mercy, grace, salvation that is God.  Through the passage of human history, man has sought to explain that which cannot be explained.  Scientists study the sky, the earth, the oceans, the plants and animals, even human nature and still only have found a tiny portion of that which shows who God is.

Yet this mighty Being, became a human being so that we could understand Him better.  Now it is my job to seek Him daily and mediate/ponder/wonder/stand in awe of the grace and mercy that He extends to each person on this planet.  

WHY? Why would God desire a living breathing relationship with sinful man?

We are His creation and made for His honor, glory, and pleasure.

So each day study His word and seek to find Him in everything that you do, see, feel, touch.

SEEK YE FIRST THE KINGDOM OF GOD AND HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS, and all these things will be added unto you.(Matthew 6:33)

Where have you been?

 Have you asked that question of friends, family, classmates, the doctor, the minister, or maybe a complete stranger? BUT have you bothered to ask "Where have you been?" of your relationship with the Most High Triune Lord God?  The Creator of the Universe wants to have a living relationship with you in a one to one time of communication.  In the old song, we are reminded that God is waiting for us to actually speak to him as a person speaks to other humans.  June Deniece William s and Miles C.
