Study God's Word - Carefully

As you read God's Word, ask for His guidance.
One way is to look at the passage just read
and apply the following ideas:

S - sin to confess - what needs to be corrected in your life?
P - promise to claim - the Word is full of God's promises of help and guidance.
E - example to follow - what is the pattern shown in the passage?
C - command to obey - what does God want you to do,  RIGHT NOW?
K - knowledge to gain - what can be learned and applied to your life?

This is my Father's world

Where have you been?

Have you asked that question of friends, family, classmates, the doctor, the minister, or maybe a complete stranger? BUT have you bothered to ask "Where have you been?" of your relationship with the Most High Triune Lord God?  The Creator of the Universe wants to have a living relationship with you in a one to one time of communication.  In the old song, we are reminded that God is waiting for us to actually speak to him as a person speaks to other humans.  June Deniece William s and Miles C. Austin write:                                     I come to the garden alone while the dew is still on the roses,                                     and the voice I hear falling on my ear,                                 ...

Thirst after the pure Word of God

This is my Father's World And I rest me in the thought that though the wrong seems oft so strong GOD IS THE RULER YET. Depend on the Most High Creator Lord God who loves you more than human thought, words, or actions can express.  Let His love flood through your life and surround you.   Daily give your life to the control and guidance of God.
