Peace

Mankind has sought peace since the beginning of recorded history, but because of the sinful nature of humans, peace continues to be an elusive dream.  The 20th Century began with the War to end all wars, and war became the norm for the entire world.  In 2020, war-hate-strife became the accepted way of life to the dismay of those who seek the peace of God.  

The only way to have true lasting peace is through an acceptance of the REIGN of God in the hearts and lives of each individual.  As the Angels announced Two Thousand Years Ago at the birth of the One and Only Son of God in human flesh, "I bring you tidings of great joy; peace on earth, good will to men." In order for this God given peace to flourish, mankind must acknowledge that God is the ruler of the universe, who seeks to have a living relationship with His creation. This relationship produces peace of spirit which overflows into daily life.  Therefore, each day the child of God submits control of his life to God and rejoices as God's peace floods into his body, mind, and heart.

Remember, God said:

"Peace. Be still and know that I am God." 

Depend on the Lord God Almighty and lean not on your own understanding.
