Daily decisions

Each day we must decide to TRUST in the Lord who made heaven and earth, who IS, WAS, and WILL BE.

Lord Jesus,

please take today and use my thoughts, actions, feelings, and attitudes for your honor and glory.  Show me how to pour your love onto the people I meet and to show YOU to the world around me.   Teach me to surrender control of my life to you and to depend on you like a baby depends on its parents for everything - food, comfort, guidance, love.  Thank you for allowing me to be part of your creation and to know that you are Master of the Universe.  Thank you for willingly becoming fully human so that you can understand what struggles we have it turning loose of control and asking you for help.  Please guide my thoughts and actions and show me what needs to be done today.

THANK YOU JESUS, for all the blessings that you pour into my life, for the protection you wrap around us, for the comfort that you cover us with.  Thank you always for all blessings and for all difficulties that you use for your purposes.

Each day give thanks and surrender control of your life to the Mighty Triune God who is with you always.

Those who hope (trust, depend on, believe) in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary,  they will will walk and not be faint. Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your path straight.(Proverbs 3:5-6) Blessed be the name of the Lord. Give thanks to the Lord always.

Where have you been?

Have you asked that question of friends, family, classmates, the doctor, the minister, or maybe a complete stranger? BUT have you bothered to ask "Where have you been?" of your relationship with the Most High Triune Lord God?  The Creator of the Universe wants to have a living relationship with you in a one to one time of communication.  In the old song, we are reminded that God is waiting for us to actually speak to him as a person speaks to other humans.  June Deniece William s and Miles C. Austin write:                                     I come to the garden alone while the dew is still on the roses,                                     and the voice I hear falling on my ear,                                 ...
