Wait-Watch-Pray

 R - return to your first love for the Lord Jesus  E - enter into His courts with songs of gratitude and praise  T - test all ideas and thoughts with the WORD of God, do these ideas and thoughts agree with what God says  U - unite with other believers as family, offering love, support, encouragement, hope, remembering who Jesus is and what He desires for His brothers and sisters.  R - rejoice in all events - good, bad, indifferent - because God has a perfect plan for your life.  N - never quit doing what God wants done,         never stop loving the Lord God         never forget the horrible price Jesus paid so that each one of us can enter into our Father's house. Rejoice in the Lord and sing a new song of praise to give glory and honor to His Holy Name.

 Each day the Lord opens His heart to His children and demonstrates the way to make wise decisions and choices. Yet all too often people close their eyes and ears to what is really happening around them.  They do no see the needs of people - physical, mental, spiritual.  People need to look for ways to open their minds to the guidance of God.   Watch for chances to serve others and to celebrate their strengths and hopes. Wait for God to open doors or windows for you to move through. Pray daily, in humility and desire to follow Jesus more closely. Please Lord Jesus pour your love through me on to others - strangers, friends, family.  Guide my thoughts so that I continually seek to know you in a real loving relationship.  Give me the strength of spirit to do what you want done.  Let me hide myself in you - my Rock and my Salvation.  Amen WATCH WAIT PRAY

 Daily Pray for the blessings of God to be poured out on those around you - protection, healing, assurance. Expand your heart knowledge of who Jesus is and how he thinks. Place your hope in the eternal promises of God and trust in His guidance. Enter in the presence of the creator of the Universe who wants a living relationship with you. Never stop trying to be more like Jesus and trying to please him Draw near to God in hope, peace, joy, and love.

R cubed equals  RAIN REIN REIGN May the Lord Jesus rain in the garden of your soul to produce fruit of the spirit - peace, hope, joy, love, mercy, grace, patience. May the Most High God rein in the impulses of your sinful nature - giving you the desire to follow in His footsteps, like a child wants to follow his/her human father. May the Holy Spirit reign over your choices each day - guiding your thoughts and actions so that they magnify the beauty of the interpersonal relationship you have with him. R CUBED - rain, rein, reign.  

 The Star of David has a special symbolism.  It demonstrates the interdependence of the Holy Triune God and the elements of human nature.  Each point can be named as one element of the six parts of the RELATIONSHIP between God and Man. Begin at any outer point and the cycle only becomes complete once all six star points have been named. Start with the Holy Triune God the Father the Son the Holy spirit then progress to the three elements of human life the Body the Mind the Soul These six elements are so inter-twinded that to remove one element will destroy the whole.  So to be complete as the Star of David is complete all six parts must work together to form the whole.  Just as all six elements must work together to form a living relationship with God.  

Rejoice in the Lord And give thanks to Him for His merciful blesssings S  

 Trusting in the Lord is total dependence on His promises and total obedience to His statutes. Yet, because of the sinful nature of mankind and the demands of the human being to be in control, we cannot trust God.  If we truly trust God, we fully live in the moment with Him and love Him. Try this - for one day focus on God - His will (Romans 12:9-21), His Love (John 3:16-17) - and seek to give Him total control of your life. Daily give yourself as a living sacrifice to Jesus. Obey the promptings of the Holy Spirit. Study the WORD and meditate on what God shows you. Like sheep follow the shepherd, follow God.  

Each day the Lord, Creator of the Universe, Master of my soul, Savior, Forgiver of my sins allows me to study His awesome Word - the 66 books of the Bible, the physical world, the day and night sky, the LORD JESUS,  the messiah.  I am constantly learning something new about the Mighty Triune God who is the glue that holds creation together. It is impossible to grasp a minute portion of the vast power, understanding, love, mercy, grace, salvation that is God.  Through the passage of human history, man has sought to explain that which cannot be explained.  Scientists study the sky, the earth, the oceans, the plants and animals, even human nature and still only have found a tiny portion of that which shows who God is. Yet this mighty Being, became a human being so that we could understand Him better.  Now it is my job to seek Him daily and mediate/ponder/wonder/stand in awe of the grace and mercy that He extends to each person on this planet.   WHY?
