Wait-Watch-Pray

 Week One Light the candle of hope Hope in the promises of God Hope in the power of the Risen Lord  Hope that gives peace to the spirit  Hope that shines the Light of God into a world of darkness. Let the light of HOPE shine through you each day. Heaven's comfort and peace Opens the eyes of the soul to the Glorious Beauty of the Loving Creator, Father of the Universe Pledges strength of spirit and power to obey the guidance of God Endures through all things, even to the end of time. Place your HOPE in God and depend on His power.

 As Jesus promised He will return. We do not know when, but all evidence points to the immediate return of the All Powerful Mighty Ruler of the Universe.  Live your life so that you are ready for His return.  Remember that you are a child of the KING who loves His own children.   Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding so that he will show your path daily.   Rejoice in the Lord, all you nations. Rejoice in the Lord, all you people. Rejoice in the Lord for He is good.  His steadfast love endures forever! I ain't gonna need this house no longer. I ain't gonna need this house no more.  SEE      FEEL           TRUST the Lord God Almighty, creator of the Universe, savior of the world, lord of all. See the mighty power of God's control, who has mighty plans for you. Feel His awesome presence in your body, mind, soul. Trust in His wonderful, eternal promises. Jesus saves through the blood of His death to sin on the cross, but you must choose to believe in Him as the son of God and the savior of your soul.

 

The only way to build a real relationship with God is to TRUST His Word and OBEY His commands. This seems simplistic but requires diligent effort to stay focused on Jesus.  The world offers flashy quick fixes to the problems of sin and evil, but the only real solution to the problems created by the fractured relationship with God is by trusting in His promise of salvation brought through the extremely costly gift of His love - the death of His Son Jesus on the Cross of human sin and demands for independence.  By accepting this totally wonderful and merciful gift of grace and love, a person becomes a child of God and has the privilege to enter into the HOLY presence of God, just as human children meet with their parents for conversation, a meal, a time of being together.   Do you TRUST God? Have you offered your life as a living sacrifice to Him today? Do you pray - speak in an honest open communication? KEEP PRAYING - AT ALL TIMES  FOR HELP,      ...

The world today is fracturing into multiple "hate groups" which want only to destroy those who do not totally agree with their world view.  These groups are split by language, culture, religion, race, and have subgroups that are even more divisive.  Each leader demands that his followers blindly accept his message as the best solution to all the problems of the world.  These conflicting messages have one source and one goal - Satan and his desire to dominate God's glorious creation.   However, there is one true solution to the multiple problems of the world and that is Jesus, who willingly took all the horrible sins of the world (past, present, future) on His shoulders and gave His PURE HOLY human life as a once and for all sacrifice to atone for the evil perpetrated by the choice of humans to follow their desires for money, self independence, focus on self, immoral sexual relationships, pride in one's accomplishments.  This refusal to accept the loving gui...

WHO - The Lord God Almighty Master of the Universe WHAT - gave His Son, Jesus, to save the entire world from sin and evil WHEN - 2000 years ago, under the rule of the Roman Empire WHERE - on a hill called "The Skull" just outside the city walls of Jerusalem  WHY - because Jesus became to propitiation for all the sins of the world HOW - by acceptance of the free gift of God, that requires no effort on the part of man (God did all the work); by believing the truth of God and trusting His promises; by obeying the promptings of the Holy Spirit.

Do you TRUST God in all details of your life? Did you vote? Did you pray? KEEP PRAYING FOR THE CHURCH IN AMERICA TO FULFILL ITS PURPOSE TO BRING PRAISE, HONOR, GLORY TO THE NAME OF THE MOST HIGH TRIUNE GOD.  Prayer of confession for all children of God.   Lord, it is hard to be humble.  We live in a world that encourages pride and self-glorification.  You call us to consider others before considering ourselves, yet the cry of this generation is all too often, "ME FIRST!"  We look for ways to be served, rather than seeking ways we can be servants.  Forgive us, Lord, and make our hearts to be conformed to yours.  Unite us with Christ, who came not to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many - any one who will accept His free gift of blood sacrifice to bring us into a living relationship with the Most Holy God.  Most High Heavenly Father Most Holy pure creator God May you return to claim your earth for your glory. May your perfect will be done each day, by your children. Give your children daily bread - physical food and food for the nourishment of the soul, may each child seek your face and the shelter of your presence in their lives. Forgive us Lord for the sins that we have knowingly and by omission committed against your perfect will for our lives. Help us forgive those who have hurt us just as YOU forgive us for our hurtful actions against you. Lead us away from temptation and protect us from all forms of evil. Because You - the Lord God Almighty who was, is, and will be - are the Holy Pure God of all of Creation.

  For God so loved the world that he gave His only Begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him will have everlasting life.  For God did not send His Son to condemn the world but to save it. Trust in the Lord for He is good.  His steadfast love endures for ever. Pray for His guidance, strength, hope and joy to fill your life daily. Pray that you will continue to grow in a personal relationship with the Lord, God Almighty. Pray that God will fill you, your family, your community with His love and that you will always have the opportunity to share His love with others through your thoughts, words, actions.

 Proverbs 3 5  Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. Trust = open acceptance of the power of God to sustain and protect His people.   Lord = the ONE and ONLY, ALL POWERFUL MASTER, CREATOR, SUSTAINER OF THE UNIVERSE. Heart = mind, soul, emotions that comprise the human psyche. Lean = depend, go to for help, meditate. Understanding = knowledge, ability, hope, thoughts, strength. 6  In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths. Ways = behaviors, attitudes, plans, directions Acknowledge = turn to, seek guidance, open your heart, listen for His voice, SAY GOD IS BOSS of your life - body, mind, soul, heart. HIM/HE = the Lord God almighty, master of the Universe, the great I AM!, the mighty Triune God who WAS-IS-WILL BE. Direct = guide, lead, rein, turn,  Paths = where He wants you to be and what He wants you to do.

 WAIT on the Lord and serve Him with gladness.  Seek ways to give to the Lord daily - physically, emotionally, spiritually. WATCH for opportunities to show how a loving child of God lives.   Watch for the return of Jesus and sound the alarm when the enemy approaches. PRAY constantly - humbly - for the direction of Jesus - ROMANS 12:9-21, MICHA 6:8 "Therefore I will look to the Lord; I will wait for the God of my salvation; my God who will hear me."  Micah7:7

 As we continue to wait, we need to turn to God for His strength and protection.  We need to trust in Him because He is greater than any human who thinks he know what is best.  In Psalm God tells us clearly to trust in Him.   "I was in trouble, so I called to the Lord. The Lord answered me and set me free. I will not be afraid, because the Lord is with me. People can't do anything to me, so I will see my enemies defeated. It is better to trust the Lord than to trust people. It is better to trust the Lord than to trust princes." (Psalm 118:5-9) No matter what is happening in the world, God knows the choices we make and wants us to depend on Him for all things.  Place your hopes, dreams, problems, fears in His control daily and ask that He show you the path you are to follow.  He will place you where you will best serve Him.  All you need to do is keep your eyes, ears, heart, soul open to His guidance following Him always.  Daily OBEY the promp...

I know the end of the Story - JESUS WINS!!! No matter what happens at this point in time - Jesus defeats His ancient enemy who hates God's glorious creation.   Now more than ever the children of the Most High Lord Jesus must cling to His promises and PRAY! Pray for the leaders of this nation. Pray for the swift return of Jesus for His people.  Pray for the defeat of evil and the restoration of God's righteousness in every aspect of life in the USA. Pray for those who are ill - cancer, covid, flu, chronic diseases (diabetes and others), mental illness, PTSD, fear, anxiety, drug addiction. Pray for those in need to find jobs and worth as a human being. Pray for those who teach. Pray for the students. PRAY DAILY.  Turn to God for His guidance and hope. Trust in the mighty promises of God and stand faithfully in the gap.  Be prepared to fight for the FAITH. Be a watchman on the fortress wall that guards the hearts and souls of God's children.
